Overcoming Exhaustion

Half-Day Meditation Event

Saturday 21st February, 10:30am – 1pm

Tired? Busy? Stressed? Or just completely exhausted? Wouldn’t it be wonderful to find a fresh, continuous source of joyful energy…

Within meditation techniques and Buddhist teachings there are many ways we can start to achieve this. We can learn simple methods first to relax and let go of the stress and tension that is so tiring. Then we can look deeper into the real causes of our tiredness and discover practical methods we can use to help us to get more energy and vitality.

No previous experience needed. Book in advance or drop in on the day.

Urban Half-Day Retreat

A wonderful opportunity to deeply relax and enjoy guided meditations to nurture and replenish yourself. We all need to give ourself the time to immerse in peace and freedom from all our worries and stresses. Treat yourself to a calming and uplifting morning where we can restore our energy and joy.

Each of the three sessions will include:

  • a short guided relaxation (breathing) meditation
  • a short practical teaching
  • a second meditation with guidance based on the teaching

Between sessions there is a break for light refreshments and the chance to socialise and discuss the session and teachings with others.

After the third session, there is also the opportunity to ask the Teacher questions and discuss our learning and experiences.
